Refund Policy

We are committed to your peace of mind. Here are our refund and cancellation rules:

1. Deposit ($199)

• Full refund within 7 days of payment if no actual booking/procurement costs were incurred.
• If hospital bookings or invitation letters were initiated, refunds are given after deducting incurred third-party costs.

2. Service Packages

• Cancellations before service starts are refunded proportionally after the deposit and incurred costs.
• Ongoing services are settled by completed milestones; unperformed portions are refunded.

3. Hospital Fees

Direct hospital charges (tests, treatment) follow the hospital's own refund rules; we will assist.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation.
