Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Please read and understand the following Terms of Service carefully before using this platform and our services. By using this platform you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.
1. Nature of the Platform
FangLink Hub (hereafter "the Platform") is a medical coordination and cross-border medical tourism service platform, not a medical institution. The services it provides - hospital recommendations, booking assistance, interpretation and accompaniment, visa advice, itinerary management and cost references - are of a coordination and supporting nature. They do not constitute diagnosis, prescription or any medical act, and do not replace the diagnostic opinions and medical decisions of licensed physicians.
2. Start and Completion of Services
Services begin when you submit a booking or purchase the relevant service package and complete payment; they are complete when all agreed service items are fulfilled or the agreed completion milestone is reached. For medical and diagnostic services provided directly by hospitals or clinics, their start and completion follow the admission and discharge/outpatient procedures of the respective institution.
3. Obligations of Both Parties
You agree to provide true, accurate and complete medical information, personal identity details and relevant medical documents, and are responsible for their authenticity and legality. If hospitals decline, or bookings become invalid or delayed due to inaccurate information, you bear the resulting consequences. The Platform undertakes to provide coordination services in a professional and diligent manner and to convey relevant information to you and the relevant institutions promptly and accurately.
4. Fees and Payment Milestones
Service fees, deposits and staged payment arrangements are as clearly shown on the page at purchase time or confirmed by both parties in writing/online. The deposit is used to lock the service slot and initiate hospital bookings, invitation-letter applications and third-party procurement. Hospital, interpretation, insurance, payment and third-party costs that have actually been incurred are not refundable for reasons other than the agreed refund conditions.
5. Hospital Declination, Visa Failure and Flight Changes
If appointments are adjusted or declined due to a hospital's admission policy, bed or specialist availability, the Platform will use best efforts to help you rebook or be referred, but does not bear the resulting third-party cost losses. Visa approval and flight availability are subject to the policies of embassies/consulates and airlines; the visa and itinerary advice provided by the Platform is for reference only and does not constitute a commitment to a visa outcome or confirmed itinerary.
6. Changes in Patient Condition and Force Majeure
Where changes in the patient's condition require adjustments to or cancellation of the treatment plan, the Platform will assist in communicating with the hospital. Where services cannot be performed due to force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, war or policy changes, the parties shall negotiate variation or termination; the Platform is not liable for losses directly caused by force majeure but will refund any non-third-party fees not yet incurred.
7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have any objection to the services, please raise it immediately via the contact page or the contact details published by the Platform; we will respond and handle it within 5 business days. Disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent court at the location of the Platform's operating entity. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules).
8. Operating Entity and Governing Law
The Platform's operating entity, registered address and contact details are published in the Privacy Policy and on this page. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Platform regarding the use of the services, and their interpretation and validity are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
